You will need:
Chicken wings and/or legs
2 Tbsp of Mustard
Browning Sauce or Sugar
Wash the chicken well with lemon juice and vinegar to get rid of the chicken smell.
Add coconut oil to a rondeau cooking pan and cook at low heat.
Put the chicken in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, and mustard.
Cut the onion, sweet pepper and hot pepper into thin small squares and add to the chicken.
Cook the chicken on the coconut oil at medium-low heat and add the browning sauce or sugar until well cooked.
